From the very first call we receive, the assessment process begins. We offer 15 minute phone consultations to anyone interested in our practice to determine what level of care is necessary. A professional staff member will answer any questions you may have relating to treatment. A follow up appointment will be made to meet with a Licensed Professional determining your mental goals and the best treatment options

Telehealth sessions allow an individual to securely video conference with their therapist from their computer or mobile device. Telehealth offers individuals residing in rural areas an option for treatment. It is also a popular option for individuals with busy work schedules or lack of childcare.
